Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

All Sales Final

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all products sold by Lemon & Co are considered final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, personal preference, or any other reason related to hygiene.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@lemonandco.store.

*Please note loose threads and misalignment of patterned fabric is common due to manufacturing process and do not count as damaged or defective

To help us assess the issue, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Upon review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion where appropriate.

Return Shipping

Where a return is required for inspection of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are only provided for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items where a replacement is unavailable or otherwise deemed appropriate by Lemon & Co.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits, excludes, or overrides any consumer rights or remedies that may apply under applicable laws in the customer's country or region of residence. Where local laws provide mandatory consumer protections, those rights will apply.

Final Note

Lemon & Co reserves the right to deny any return, refund, or exchange request that does not comply with this policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out above.
